'My Visual Diary' - Task Briefing

When I was given the brief and project title, ideas automatically came to my mind of what I could include within the project. As the project is titled 'My Visual Diary', I wanted to make it as personal as I could. In order to do this, I'm going to take photos of simple daily things like what I do each day. This could be blogging, college lectures/classes, events and chilling time with my friends and family. I’m going to try to capture my feelings in my photographs throughout the few weeks; this could be by the use of colour or the way I edit my images. One thing I'm going to try and include is a few examples of fashion photography and portraiture as it's something I am passionate about. As well as this, I also like photographs with strong lines (such as some of Tina Modotti’s work) so I’m going to try and portray that through my blog. I hope that by the end of this project, I can come back to this and say I did every I planned and more.
