Learning about white balance was definitely a very useful thing to have done as I’m now able and capable of taking good photos in any lighting situation.
In the first photo I was able to clearly see the difference in types of lighting; natural is blue and fake lighting is more of a yellow/orange colour.

In the second photograph I took, I was using the daylight setting on the white balance menu which helped the photo along as if only the outdoor natural light was projecting into the room.

The last photo was taken with the tungsten setting which helped create an image with an entirely fake style/coloured light.
