This afternoon we were taught about aperture and depth of field. We were later given a task to show the depth of field by using different aperture settings. In my photos I have managed to pull out the foreground and the mid section. These photos were f 8 and f 11 which both are medium sized holes, 8 being slightly bigger than 11.

This first photo was taken with an aperture of f 8. It focuses mainly on the foreground of the shot, this is the soil and ground unlike the others which slowy fade out.
This second photo was taken with an aperture of f 11. This one focuses mainly on the mid ground but does fade out of focus when it gets closer to the front and back.
Out of the two photos, I think the first one is the most successful as I like the way it fades out of focus; starting in focus down the bottom and slowly getting more blurred.
