Below is an image with my anotated contact sheets from my first 2 shoots with 5 models. I have picked out my final images which I will be editing and have outlined these chosen ones.

Editing
From each shoot I chose one or two images that I really liked and saw potential in. All of the ones I selected had something about them I admired more whether it was the facial expression, composition/angle or the look/style conveyed by the model.
When it came to editing my selected images I knew what I wanted to do even whilst and before shooting. As this project is all about female stereotypes being wrong and the diversity within women I didn't really want to over edit my images, as I did want to keep them pretty natural. I had always planned on making any backgrounds in these images as white as possible so that they were all the same. To do this I boosted the highlights so that anything which was light would get lighter and brighter. This made the backgrounds brighter but I wanted them to be lighter than they were still. To add more lightness into the pieces I used the spot tool in Photoshop that makes things lighter by dragging the brush over the area you want lighter. This is how I got all of the background to be as white as possible without it looking too fake and a block. Editing the faces in the images was something I never really thought about as I wanted them to show diversity across the gender. When I was going through the images in Photoshop I did decide on doing a few minor tweaks like making eyebrows more defined in some cases or making a lip tone more prominent. I didn't really over edit any of the main subject content as I felt it would jeopardise the idea and concept.
Below are all of the before and afters of each image I edited. (Before editing on the top and after editing on the bottom)

Shoot 2 Edits

Shoot 3 Edits

Below is a gif I created of all my final images from each shoot. To me there are photos which stand out as better against others so my final imagery wil be narrowed down into a small series from these 6.
